The annual meeting at Trinity is an opportunity for the congregation to come together to hear about the ministry work that is taking place and direct the affairs of the congregation.
About the Annual Meeting
The congregation gets together once per year in order to elect officers to lead the congregation, pass a budget for the year, and to hear reports on the activites of the past year. Special meetings can be held during the year in order to call a pastor, purchase/sell property or for any other reason deemed necessary by the church council.
